The conference “Love and Responsibleness” will be held in Dubrovnik from March 13 to 15, 2025.
The conference “Love and Responsibleness” will present principles and research in the fields of logotherapy and compassion on an international level, as well as the practical application of logotherapeutic principles and compassion through Dubrovnik’s history up to the present day, both in Croatia and among Croats worldwide.
Logotherapy, developed by Viktor E. Frankl, is a meaning-centered therapeutic approach grounded in objective values, particularly active love and responsibility. More than just a psychotherapeutic method, it represents a “life skill” that empowers individuals to navigate life with purpose and resilience.
Focused on the future and on each person’s potential to grow and act meaningfully within their current circumstances, logotherapy—enhanced by insights from research in compassion—takes center stage at this international conference.
Through an engaging program of lectures, workshops, panel discussions, forums, exhibitions, and book presentations, as well as opportunities for networking and connection, participants will gain valuable knowledge, inspiration, encouragement, and empowerment to enrich both their personal and collective growth.
The conference will be held at Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, located at the very tip of the Lapad peninsula, at the foot of the Petka park forest.
